- Process lockbox remittance payments with a high level of accuracy
- Sort, open, organize, and scan incoming mail using high-speed OPEX scanners
- Prepare and package processed remittances for client or bank delivery
- Ensure accounts are processed according to client specifications
- Maintain established production and accuracy standards
- Cross-train across roles and departments to support business needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
- Experience working in payment processing, lockbox operations, financial institutions, or HIPAA-compliant environments
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and follow written procedures accurately
- Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
- Computer literacy and familiarity with data entry systems
- Proficiency using a 10-key keypad
- Basic math skills and strong numeric accuracy
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
High school diploma or equivalent required Additional Requirements
