Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Full-time

Pure TheraPro Rx

Pure TheraPro Rx® is a fast growing eCommerce wellness brand dedicated to helping others achieve their best possible health through education and high-quality, science-backed nutritional supplements. A family-owned and operated company, at Pure TheraPro Rx®, Purity is our Priority® , and we work diligently to ensure that each ingredient lives up to our purity standards. We create supplements with pure, highly tested, clinically studied ingredients and use only NSF, GMP-certified manufacturers. Our products are offered directly to consumers through our managed eCommerce channels to make sure our high-quality, highly bioavailable supplements are available worldwide at the best possible price. We’re currently a small team, but we’re rapidly scaling and looking to expand our tight-knit group to help us continue growing at this exciting pace!

If you’re a sharp, self-directed ecommerce operator who loves clean listings, closed loops, and getting work out the door — we’re looking for you!

Our Ecommerce Marketing Manager is the right hand to the VP of Marketing: primarily execution, with a dash of strategy. You own day-to-day work across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Meta and TikTok Shop, keep multi-channel socials accurate and on-calendar, and help a small marketing pod move. You are a large driver of our social presence (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form channels): you keep a steady content generation and posting cadence, brief creators and editors, QA hooks/captions/product tags against live SKUs and claims, and turn approved concepts into shipped video. The VP sets channel priorities, voice, and what we will or will not say. You also keep work moving — you package decisions, hold the review queue, and make sure asset and claims reviews happen on a set cadence so listings, email, and social don’t stall.

Our ideal candidate is a completer/finisher with excellent written English, comfort in regulated supplement copy, and a friendly, can-do attitude. Most importantly, they take pride in making every storefront and post match the product we actually sell.

Responsibilities

  • Own listing and catalog execution across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
  • Hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mountain Time (Flexibility Required)
  • Update and QA product detail pages when products, images, prices, ingredients, or claims change. Audit for accuracy, broken assets, weak merchandising, and conversion leaks.
  • Manage pricing across channels — on time, with the right price, copy, and badges.
  • Port and syndicate reviews from one platform to another.
  • Build and send Klaviyo campaigns from an approved brief (offers, audience, timing).
  • Run and report on straightforward A/B tests on PDPs, key landing pages, and on-site merchandising.
  • Drive day-to-day execution of a video-first social strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels/Facebook, and other live short-form channels.
  • Own the video pipeline: content calendar, batch filming or creator/UGC briefs, edit handoff, captions, on-screen text, product tags, links, and publish or schedule on time.
  • Brief contractors, creators, and editors against VP-approved concepts, offers, and claims. Collect raw assets, chase revisions, and get cuts to a reviewable state.
  • QA all content before it goes live: current SKU and price, compliant claims, correct landing URL, working shoppable tags, brand look, and no disease or off-brief language.
  • Report simply on what shipped and what held attention (views, watch time, saves, clicks, tagged-product traffic). Recommend the next test in the same format.
  • Keep social tied to the catalog. When a formula, image, or Supplement Facts panel changes, shoppable posts, pins, and in-video product tags get checked the same day as the storefronts.
  • Keep Monday.com current. Run short standups / 1:1s with our small marketing pod (contractors, designers, and/or specialists) so work moves. You assign tasks and chase completion; you do not hire, fire, review, or set compensation. Those decisions stay with the VP.
  • Flag DSHEA / FTC / marketplace- and platform-policy risk in listing, email, or social copy
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally so catalog, creative, and channel work actually ships.
  • Work in Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Meta/TikTok business tools, Monday.com, Elevar, Google Workspace, and our usual design/AI tools.
  • Maintain the marketing priority list with the VP so the pod is working the right things in the right order. Surface conflicts early.
  • Run a standing asset- and claims-review cadence (listings, email, social, major creative). Prep packets, book the review window, capture decisions, and push approved work live.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements where applicable.
  • Participate in ongoing training so that you grow and develop as a professional.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years in DTC / ecommerce marketing operations (catalog, marketplace, email execution, or similar). Nutritional supplement or other claims-heavy catalog experience is a strong plus.
  • Real hands-on time in Shopify Admin and at least one marketplace (Amazon Seller/Vendor or Walmart).
  • Ability to build and send email in Klaviyo (or equivalent) without a tutorial.
  • Demonstrated experience running a video-first social cadence (TikTok, Reels, or Shorts), not only static brand posts. You have shipped a calendar of short-form video, briefed creators or editors, and QA’d product-tagged content.
  • Comfortable directing someone who is on camera (phone-shot, UGC-style, or simple founder/product video). This is not a cinematic brand-film role.
  • Excellent written English. Listings, emails, and captions are customer-facing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and stellar organizational skills. Completer/finisher; you hate open loops.
  • Ability to facilitate a small pod day-to-day (tasking, standups, follow-up) without treating it as people leadership of the department.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter, USA-based, comfortable working remotely and as part of a small team. Core hours 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. MT required.
  • Competent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive).
  • Comfortable working directly with a senior leader: you come with a recommended next action and a scheduled review.
