Encompass Health is seeking a Nutrition Service Supervisor to lead daily foodservice operations supporting inpatient rehabilitation patients. You’ll supervise nutrition and dietary staff, ensure accurate meal preparation for therapeutic diets, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, inventory control, and quality checks to support clinical nutrition goals. Collaborating closely with nursing and therapy teams, you’ll help deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered meal services that promote recovery while modeling Encompass Health’s values of integrity, respect, and continuous improvement.
