Sales Team Lead

Fox Ridge Capital is looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage and develop a team of 10–14 sales professionals across our Vendor, Direct, and Franchise channels. This is a leadership role, not a producing one. You won’t carry a personal book or earn commission on your own deals — you’ll be measured on what your team produces. You’ll own team funded volume, revenue growth, and yield performance, coach reps through live deals, and partner with our Business Development team as new vendor programs come online. What You’ll Do Drive team production against funded volume, revenue, and yield targets Manage, coach, and develop 10–14 reps across three channels — one‑on‑ones, deal coaching, call coaching, and performance reviews Own pipeline management and deal execution from origination through funding Partner with Business Development Managers on new program onboarding and vendor ramp Work daily with Credit, Syndication, and Operations to keep deal quality and execution tight Enforce pricing discipline, channel alignment, and credit policy adherence across the team Drive adoption of CRM and AI productivity tools to scale how the team works Support recruiting, onboarding, and long‑term career development of your reps What You’ll Bring 10+ years of sales experience, with formal people leadership experience strongly preferred A strong working understanding of credit, risk, and financial products A proven record of leading, coaching, and developing high‑performing sales teams Experience managing pipelines and driving revenue growth in a multi‑channel production environment Comfort using performance data to direct coaching and personnel decisions Familiarity with AI and sales technology, and the ability to drive adoption across a team Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with Credit, Operations, and executive leadership Background in equipment finance, leasing, or commercial lending is necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fox Ridge Capital
