Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our in-office team and support ongoing marketing and branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop, edit, and manage content for email marketing campaigns Maintain content calendars and coordinate campaign timelines Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives across email, social media, and print Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or marketing platforms is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a small, high-performing team Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off Professional growth and development opportunities Supportive, team-oriented office environment Please note: This is a full-time, in-office position.
