Part Time Data Entry Payroll Specialist $18/hr

Job Full Description

A local Ardsley NY company is searching for a Part Time Data Entry Payroll Specialist who will have core responsibilities in a diverse range of payroll support needs. The Data Entry Payroll Specialist's daily responsibilities would include updating existing data in the payroll system, sort and organize data ensuring accuracy, capturing important data from employee time sheets. This highly organized and detail-oriented position works internally with management and other office staff on a daily and weekly basis.

What we look for in Data Entry Payroll Specialists:

• Previous Data Entry Clerk information
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Type 30+ words per minute
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects
• Some Experience with Paychex, ADP, or WorkDay a plus
