Is able to lift 30+ lbs. ingredients and meet all physical demands of the job, ex. standing for duration of shift. Shows respect and ownership over the equipment, utensils, and other kitchen material. Must be able to lift at least 30lbs and stand on your feet for the duration of your shift (4 - 8 hours).
