Position Overview:
• Pay: up to $42/hour + Overtime Opportunities
• Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Agency Assignment)
• Schedule: Full-Time with every other weekend required
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care
• Assignment Length: Ongoing, stable placement

Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate nursing care to elderly and rehabilitative residents
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow care plans
• Monitor resident conditions and document observations accurately
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and facility staff for cohesive patient care
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility regulations

Requirements:
• Current and valid New Jersey State LPN license
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work every other weekend
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background screenings
