Requirements MercyOne Clinton Medical Center North Campus is looking for drive-in Locum CRNA to fill their need! Dates Needing Coverage ASAP must note at time of Name Clear: 6/16 - 6/18: 12-hours day coverage7/13 - 7/17: 8- or 12-hours day coverageEvery Monday in June and July: 8 hours day coverage Schedule:Patient Contact Hours: 40Clinic Days: 5 days supporting ORSchedule: Monday - FridayShift length: 8 hoursProcedure/OR Days: Monday - FridayOn Call: if willing once trained Details:Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes at MercyOne Clinton 1410 N. 4th Street Clinton Iowa 52732Outreach: NoTelehealth: NoNumber of Physicians: 2Supervision of APPs expected: NoNursing Support: N/A CRNA practices independentlyNumber of exams rooms per provider: 4 ORs 1 GI Suite 1 OB Suite. Typically the volume is 50-55 cases a weekMedical Imaging: YesLab amp Pharmacy: YesEMR: EPIC Job Responsibilities amp Services offered in the practice: Provide Anesthesia for the following service lines General Ortho GI Urology ENT OB. No Head/Heart. General GI and Ortho make up majority of cases. Something unique about this opportunity: This is a great opportunity to work with experienced physicians and a great group of OR staff. Facility Reimbursement:Flights: NOT allowed at this timeLodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay to include taxes and feesRental Car - 55/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weatherMileage - IRS Standard Rate Bill Rates Needed for Submission:Malpractice must be included in the *Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.*
