TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Lubbock, Texas, 79410!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Neuro Telemetry (Medical Surgical/Tele)

Location

Lubbock, TX | Short Term Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Neuro Telemetry unit within a Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain expected patient ratios of 1:4
• Float between units as operationally needed
• Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard travel candidate (locals may be considered under alternate terms)
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (charge RNs and leads are acceptable)
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Facility does not accept candidates with Nursys or background check hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Neuro Telemetry or Medical Surgical/Tele setting
• Familiarity with Level II Trauma Center environments
• Experience working in a float or multi-unit capacity
