Senior Consultant in Banking (Management Consulting)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–7 years of experience in management consulting or financial services consulting.
- Strong understanding of banking products and processes across Wealth, Retail, Corporate, or Investment Banking.
- Proven success in delivering consulting engagements and managing stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
