What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient Urology consultations and follow-up care
• Perform scheduled surgical procedures in the OR (2-3 days/week)
• Participate in on-call duties system-wide, approximately 7-10 days/month, including one weekend
• Support outreach clinics in Wisconsin Rapids (1-2 days/month)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

What You Need:

• Medical license in Wisconsin
• Urology certification (preferred but not required)
• At least 1-2 years of relevant Urology experience
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work flexibly within a team environment
