What You'll Do:
Join us as an HR Manager - Plant Operations and become the vital link supporting our Cincinnati manufacturing plant. In this role, you will serve as the primary human resources resource for both hourly and salaried employees, contributing to a safe, compliant, and productive environment. Your responsibilities include managing staffing, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and safety initiatives, with an emphasis on fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for plant employees.
• Act as the point of contact for employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Administer leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Partner with supervisors on performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Support OSHA, food safety, and employment compliance programs.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and communication throughout the plant.

Qualifications You Have:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (highly preferred, not required).
• Knowledge of employment laws, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and workers' compensation.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to support a multi-shift production environment and move between office and production floors.
