Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of post-training clinical experience in breast surgery Fellowship training in Breast Surgery Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery or equivalent with fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology BC/BE in General Surgery Experience working within a multidisciplinary model, collaborating with medical oncology, radiation oncology, plastic surgery, and radiology Leadership experience or interest in taking on programmatic or clinical leadership responsibilities Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team based healthcare environment Compassionate, empathic, and a patient-centered approach to care #J-18808-Ljbffr
