Compensation: $50/hr - $60/hr (based on experience) + lucrative hygiene bonus program

Schedule: 3 days per week with growth in the future!

• Mondays: 6:30am - 4:30pm
• Tuesdays: Off
• Wednesdays: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Thursdays: Off
• Fridays: 6:30am- 1:30pm

Responsibilities

Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist

As a Vital Clinical Partner, You Will Elevate Patient Health By Providing Preventive Care, Education, And a Seamless Clinical Experience. Your Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
• Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
• Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
• Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
• Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
• Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
• Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection
• Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
• Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment
