Enable practical AI capabilities on the EGRC ServiceNow platform to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and enhance decision-making Stay aligned to risk appetite, governance standards, and regulatory expectations Plan, manage, lead, and oversee end-to-end requirements delivery throughout the project lifecycle Align project delivery with business and enterprise needs and strategies Lead requirements management and work packages for Tier 3-4, low-to-moderate-risk and regulatory projects Collaborate with business, technology, and risk stakeholders across one or multiple Lines of Business Support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies, and systems Work independently as the senior or lead business analyst Coach and guide team members within the area of expertise Identify and lead problem resolution for complex issues Contribute to communications and change management activities across multiple stakeholders Requirements Undergraduate degree 5-7 years related business analysis experience Business Analyst Accreditation is an asset Experience in eGRC / Non-Financial Risk Product Management at a large Financial Institution or
