About the Role As a CBRE Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for facility building maintenance focusing on retail sites within the Norristown area. You’ll work across several trades including plumbing, electrical and general building repairs. The company provides a fully equipped vehicle, essential tools, a fuel card, relevant technology, and a branded uniform to support job performance. What You’ll Do Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems for the facility to keep all systems up to applicable standards. Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills by reviewing work orders, estimating time of completion and determining materials needed. Support energy management by ensuring all systems operate efficiently. Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, government agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety. Operate company‑issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities. Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information and respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and supervisors. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while exercising limited discretion. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You’ll Need High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job‑related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a blend of experience and education may be considered. Valid driver’s license required. Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting or carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Corrigo experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills: ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Why CBRE CBRE Group, Inc.
