Hospice Admissions RN — Patient Onboarding Lead

Your Talent Team is seeking a Hospice Admissions RN in the Kansas City Metro, MO (east). This full-time role covers a 50-mile radius from the office with a Tue-Sat, 10am-7pm schedule. You will coordinate admissions, assess patients, educate families, and partner with the care team to ensure smooth transitions into hospice services. Requirements include MO RN license, current CPR, and hospice experience, plus strong communication and decision-making skills.
