Fiscal Analyst II
DGS Office of External Affairs
This position is located within the DHSS Grants unit and is responsible for pre-award setup of grants, budget preparation and transfers, clearinghouse processes, and post-award grant activities. The role involves conducting fiscal studies, analyzing financial data, monitoring program expenditures for compliance, and may include supervising two or more merit full-time positions. Key qualifications Four years' experience in compiling, analyzing, and reporting on financial data OR a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field Six months' experience in financial administration including comprehensive budget analysis and financial planning Two years' experience in planning, designing, and conducting fiscal management studies Two years' experience analyzing financial problems and recommending solutions to management Proficiency with computer software including financial modeling software and automated information systems #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
