Gluer Operator

MOD-PAC

Description

*Responsibilities of our Gluer Operators include:

Perform set-up of machine specific to each job
Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments
Clear machine jams
Follow daily production schedule
Complete daily production log
Provide direction to employees working on your line
Run multiple machines at a time
Perform preventative maintenance as required
Perform in-process inspection following quality guidelines

Requirements

*Requirements for our Gluer Operators include:

Follow procedures, specifications, and guidelines for the position
Work at an efficient production pace meeting expectations
Clean and maintain work area
Good mechanical aptitude
Work overtime as required
Excellent team working skills
Communicate effectively (verbal and written)

*Physical Requirements include:

Constant standing and walking
Frequent grasping, reaching and bending
Ability to lift 10lbs or less
Ability to push/pull 12 lbs or less
