What You’ll Be Doing: Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Prepare and cook food Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels. Maintain dining and kitchen areas, including clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans and cleaning floors. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately. Assist in opening and closing procedures as required. Leading Front and Back of House staff What We’re Looking For: Previous shift lead experience in a food service industry strongly preferred. Drive‑thru cashiering experience Strong leadership skills with experience motivating and inspiring a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- someone who likes to treat customers like family Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
