Floor Care Specialist

Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience Menno Haven is seeking a Floor Care Specialist to join our Housekeeping Team! In this role, you will perform day-to-day housekeeping duties and specialized floor care. Key Responsibilities Include: Performs general housekeeping and specialized floor care duties throughout the community. Provides specialized floor care services, including carpet shampooing, buffing, and extracting. Operates floor care machinery and maintains equipment in good working condition. Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, visitors, and team members. Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping and floor care preferred. Demonstrated experience and training in carpet shampooing, buffing, and related floor care tasks preferred. Understanding of Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards required. Benefits: Excellent health, dental and vision plans.
