No, our compensation plan includes a base salary of along with an industry-leading commission structure that rewards performance.

7) How does the sign-on bonus work?

The sign-on bonus is available and split into two payments. The first $500 is achieved simply by showing up fully licensed on day one, and writing 15 items by the end of your first full month once binding authority is granted. The second $500 is earned by writing 20 items your second month (a deal a day).

Client Consultation: Engage with current and potential policyholders, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized advice.

Inbound Inquiries: Efficiently handle inquiries and offering effective solutions.

Policy Customization: Develop and recommend insurance plans that align with the unique needs of each client.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by offering additional relevant insurance services.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their continuous satisfaction.

Training: Keep up with the latest trends in the insurance industry to offer the most relevant and informed advice to clients.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Pennsylvania Property Casualty License is required prior to first day
