• No weekend on-call duties!
• Weeknight on-call schedule: Monday to Thursday, 1:5 rotation
• Admissions managed by a 24/7 Hospitalist Service

• Weekly on-site subspecialty support
• Access to on-site Nuclear Stress, Echo, and Vascular studies
• Procedures include TEE, Loop recorder, Pacemakers, Peripheral Angiograms, Cardioversions, and IVC Implants

Position Details

• Base salary: $600,000 with additional production incentives
• Recruitment bonus: $150,000
• Relocation assistance: Up to $15,000
• Malpractice insurance coverage with tail protection

Founded in 1970, our organization is among the largest cardiovascular practices in the United States. Recognized as one of the top 50 cardiovascular hospitals by Fortune/IBM Health, our team consists of 44 physicians specializing in various fields, including General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiovascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Preventative Cardiology, and Adult Congenital Heart Disease.

Our accredited Cardiology Fellowship program hosts 8 fellows and operates from 8 primary office locations, serving over 15 outreach facilities throughout Iowa. With an active clinic research department, we participate in major STS registries and conduct more than 10,000 cardiac interventions annually.
