Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion to ensure safe, effective patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, document care, and communicate with families and care teams as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (or eligibility as applicable for travel assignments)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in telemetry or acute care settings preferred
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated ability to function in an acute care/telemetry environment
