About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head Counsel, Regulatory to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will lead a group of attorneys in managing complex legal matters related to digitally-native care delivery, pharmacy operations, lab operations, and innovations at the intersection of technology and healthcare, including AI and FDA-regulated products. This high-impact role involves acting as a key advisor to executives, providing solution-oriented legal advice, managing risk, and developing legal strategies to support the global growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in the legal field, with a strong background in healthcare regulatory issues, and a proven track record of building and leading teams. Applicants for the Head Counsel, Regulatory position at the company should have a deep understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape, including digital care delivery, clinical practice, corporate practice of medicine, pharmacy operations and fulfillment, laboratory services, and state and federal regulatory standards. Experience in telehealth, health tech, and knowledge of pharmacy law and regulations is desirable. The role requires a candidate who is a trusted business partner, a self-starter, and comfortable making risk-based decisions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
