Hiring CDL Class A Truck Drivers

Hiring CDL Class A truck drivers in Long Beach, CA and surrounding areas. New CDL holders welcome training and support available to get you started.

Compensation & Schedule

Average weekly pay: $1,500+
Performance-based monthly bonuses
Weekly direct deposit
Typical schedule: 2 weeks out / 2 days home
Regional and OTR routes available

Job Responsibilities

Haul no-touch freight across regional or OTR lanes
Maintain safe driving practices and on-time deliveries
Consistent miles with reliable freight volume
Option to bring truck home (based on location)
Opportunity to move into local positions with experience

Entry-Level & Training Options

CDL required (no driving experience needed)
Must have completed 120+ hours at a CDL school
Paid orientation and training provided
Tuition reimbursement available for qualified drivers

Equipment & Driver Benefits

Late-model Freightliner trucks
Sleeper cabs with double bunks + refrigerator
Pet and rider policy available
No inward-facing cameras
Nationwide terminal support

Work Location

Hiring drivers based in Long Beach, CA and nearby areas
Routes assigned based on availability and experience level

Minimum Requirements

Age 21 or older
Valid CDL Class A license
No SAP program drivers
Maximum 2 moving violations in past 2 years
No major speeding violations (15+ mph over limit)
Consistent work history (no long unexplained gaps)
Must pass background check and hair follicle drug test
No DUI/DWI
