Hospital is looking for one urologist to start in Dec for up to 12 months. Details below.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• Monday - Friday 1-2 weeks per month- 24 hour call-Monday-Thursday, Clinic only on Friday
• Schedule:
• Monday: Surgery & Clinic - shift time: 7am-2pm Surgery / 3pm-5pm Clinic
• Tuesday: Surgery & Clinic - shift time: 7am-2pm Surgery / 3pm-5pm Clinic
• Wednesday: Surgery & Clinic - shift time: 7am-2pm Surgery / 3pm-5pm Clinic
• Thursday: Surgery & Clinic - shift time: 7am-2pm Surgery / 3pm-5pm Clinic
• Friday: Clinic 8am-5pm- no call

Setting: Hospital and physician clinic

Duties: Attending to clinic patients, on-call for hospital emergencies and admissions, surgery

• Reason for Coverage: Current Urologist leaving to be a Urology Hospitalist
• Deal breakers: needs to be able to see minimum 17 patients in clinic daily/fill surgery slots

• Board Certification Board Certified Highly preferred Will accept Board Eligible IF they re just out of residency and will get BC within 12 months
• State License OR HIGHLY PREFERRED Will accept candidate that will get OR during credentialing REQUIRED
• Residency - REQUIRED
• Other Certifications BLS REQUIRED DEA REQUIRED
• Malpractice Clean HIGHLY PREFERRED
