Residential Window and Door Installer - Full Time, W2!

Location Dallas, TX Schedule Monday-Friday starting at 6:30 AM Position Overview Residential Remodeler / Installer Purpose of Position The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. Key Role Accountabilities Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse Minimum Requirements Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, or a hunger to learn Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company required systems using two-factor authentication Benefits Comprehensive health insurance options (medical, dental, vision, accident, life, critical illness, short- and long-term disability) 401(k) retirement plan with company match HSA plan with company match Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) Employee referral program Employee discount program Paid training and unlimited professional growth potential Compensation Approximate hourly pay: $17-$20 per hour.
