salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound calls to support technicians with site access, inspections, system upgrades, and installations.
• Log all activities accurately and ensure detailed ticket documentation across internal systems
• Handle after-hours call routing, product registrations, and communications.
• Monitor system alerts, create or resolve tickets following standard operating procedures.
• Drive issue resolution by troubleshooting electronic alerts or escalating complex technical issues to Tier-2 Support when necessary.
• Track active cases and set follow-up reminders to ensure complete resolution.
