ENGINEERING INTERN
Location: Poway, CA | Job Type: Internship | Schedule: On-site | Compensation: $16.90/hour About the Role Radeus Labs is seeking an Engineering Intern to join our growing engineering team. This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience working on real-world engineering projects supporting rugged computing and communications systems for aerospace, defense, and commercial applications. What You’ll Do Support engineers with design, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical projects Assist with hands‑on assembly, testing, evaluation, and problem‑solving Learn and apply engineering concepts, tools, software, and processes Help identify issues and contribute ideas for practical solutions and process improvements Document work, results, and technical information clearly Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other teams Take on additional projects and responsibilities as you develop your skills What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related technical field Strong curiosity and willingness to learn Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and learning from mistakes Ability to work effectively in a team environment Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Professional attitude and a hands‑on approach to learning Preferred: Coursework or project experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, systems, or manufacturing engineering; CAD, electronics, programming, testing, or other hands‑on technical experience.
