Associate Engineer, IT Laboratory Systems

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Engineer to provide technical support for laboratory and manufacturing IT systems in a GMP-regulated environment. The role involves troubleshooting, system administration, and support for implementations and lifecycle activities, with flexibility for extended hours and weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for laboratory benchtop equipment, IT systems, and associated infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, software, hardware, network, and integration issues
- Execute system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects
- Support validation activities including testing, protocol execution, and documentation review
- Investigate incidents and service requests with timely resolution and documentation
Requirements
- One year technical support experience or relevant IT certifications
- Working knowledge of GMP/GxP regulated laboratory and manufacturing systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with laboratory software and hardware preferred
- Capability to work non-standard schedules including nights and weekends
Compensation: $66,130 - $80,134 base
