Assistant Retail Store Manager

Trader Joe’s is looking for a Mate to help lead daily operations in our neighborhood-focused store. You’ll support crew members on the floor and at the registers, ensuring friendly, attentive customer service and a fun, upbeat atmosphere. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, training, and coaching crew, handling opening and closing tasks, supporting merchandising and inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
