What caregivers provide for their clients: Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrap booking, gardening, games, etc.) Prep meals for your clients to enjoy Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior Caregiver Benefits: Scheduled hours that work around YOUR schedule Friendly work environment and employee recognition Satisfaction - As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you experience the privilege of giving back to your community with every shift you complete. $15-$16 per hour based on experience and availability Referral Bonus Bi-Weekly direct deposit & access to earned wages early with ZayZoon Responsibilities: Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting. Experience with ambulation and transfer assistance required. Dementia experience preferred. Companionship Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
