About the Role:

As an In-Home Caregiver with Right at Home Central MO, you will have the opportunity to work in the comfort of our clients' own homes, providing companionship, personal care, and daily living assistance. Our clients rely on us for support with activities such as:
• Companion care: engaging in conversations, playing games, and watching movies together
• Light housekeeping: helping with laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
• Personal care: assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Meal preparation: preparing nutritious meals and snacks

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, individualized care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Engage in conversations, play games, and watch movies with clients to promote socialization and companionship
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other care team members
