Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role Overview This position involves providing advanced perioperative patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment, including the Operating Room, PACU, and related areas. You will utilize evidence-based practices, model proficiency through precepting, and prioritize safety and quality at the point of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care using the nursing process Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes Prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practices Precept and support new healthcare team members Maintain compliance with AORN and ABPANC standards Qualifications & Skills Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges At least 1 year of nursing experience BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross Additional Details The role includes evening shifts with occasional float and on-call duties.
