This role is ideal for someone with foundational supply chain or logistics experience who wants to grow their expertise in global transportation, export compliance, and international trade. You’ll work with multiple transportation modes, coordinate shipments around the world, prepare critical export documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting customer and business objectives. What You'll Do Global Logistics & Transportation Coordination Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple transportation modes, including: Ocean (LCL & FCL) Air Freight Road Transportation Rail Transportation Special Equipment Shipments Support production, distribution, and inventory logistics planning Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues Export Documentation & Trade Compliance Prepare and review critical international shipping documentation, including: Commercial Invoices Customs Documentation Packing Lists Bills of Lading Certificates of Origin Certificates of Analysis Free Trade Agreement Documentation Complete export documentation such as: Export Declarations Shipper’s Letters of Instruction (SLI) Other required export paperwork Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and standards, including: IATA IMDG DOT Support compliance with U.S. export regulations and country‑specific import/export requirements Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain shipment compliance Logistics Planning & Operational Support Analyze logistics plans impacting production, distribution, and inventory management Review and improve logistics and inventory procedures Support initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing transportation costs Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams Present updates and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership Prioritize multiple tasks and support urgent business needs Required Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in: Logistics Supply Chain Shipping Transportation Distribution Understanding of international shipping processes Knowledge of transportation modes and logistics coordination Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow‑through Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience Experience preparing international shipping documentation Knowledge of: Export regulations Customs processes Hazardous materials shipping requirements Familiarity with: IATA IMDG DOT regulations Experience supporting global logistics operations What Makes You a Great Fit Strong sense of urgency and accountability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to make decisions in uncertain situations Comfortable presenting information to leadership teams Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines Why Join Us?
