Home Care Operations Director

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Associate Director to lead our brand new Fayetteville, NC Habilitation office.

What you'll do:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Fayetteville, NC Habilitation office

• Drive growth through strategic planning, business development, budgeting, and goal setting

• Build and manage a high-performing team dedicated to The BAYADA Way (

• Cultivate referral sources and community relationships

• Mentor and develop staff to ensure exceptional service and compliance

• You're tech savvy, organized, and communicate with clarity and purpose

Qualifications for an Associate Director:

• Four-year college degree required

• Qualified Professional Required

• Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in a health care industry or with the developmental disabilities population.

• Experience with I/DD population

• Proven ability to organize, manage and grow an office and its staff

• Background in marketing and recruiting

• Knowledge of NC Innovations waivers and 1915(i) waivers

• Strong business acumen

• Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies
