You will serve as a foundational team member, executing critical physical tasks across high-stakes commercial, industrial, and federal concrete projects. Support skilled tradespeople with precise concrete pouring, specialized finishing, and complex formwork installation.

Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and secure job site by systematically clearing debris and managing materials.

Transport, stage, and set up critical tools and construction equipment safely to eliminate potential field hazards.

Perform vital physical labor including digging, hauling, and lifting materials to maintain strict project schedules.

Adhere strictly to all on-site safety protocols, participating in daily briefings and utilizing required personal protective equipment.

Collaborate transparently with field operations crews and relay site conditions immediately to direct supervisors.
