Role Description
We are actively seeking a Tableau Developer for one of our clients.
- Required 5+ years of Tableau development experience (including recent experience in Tableau 10).
- Strong experience in prototyping, POC, and strong SQL skills.
- Thorough understanding of data warehouses and dimensional models.
- Perform the required data wrangling, be it live or TDE or data blending, before connecting to data source from Tableau client.
- Generate operational reports, BI reports, dashboards, and data models for various business units through advanced use of Tableau.
- Experience scoping, requirements gathering, implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance of multiple reporting systems and related tools.
- Employ root cause analysis for data quality analysis, redundancy elimination, source identification, and data reconciliation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Tableau development experience.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Understanding of data warehouses and dimensional models.
Requirements
- Experience in prototyping and POC.
- Ability to perform data wrangling and blending.
- Experience in generating operational reports and dashboards.
- Experience in scoping and requirements gathering.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis.
