Global Commercial Growth Programs Operations Manager, Genomic Medicine

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an operations manager to oversee global commercial growth programs for its Genomic Medicine business. The role focuses on program governance, cross-functional alignment, execution planning, and continuous improvement to drive commercial performance and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global commercial growth program governance, operating cadence, milestone tracking, and risk management across regions and functions
  • Partner with regional and cross-functional teams to align commercial strategy and drive execution of priority growth initiatives
  • Develop execution plans, success metrics, standard work, and enablement materials for adoption by sales and field teams
  • Establish performance dashboards and KPI routines to monitor program health, adoption, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Drive change management and communication plans to ensure consistent engagement and execution across global markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field
  • Multiple years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or program management in life sciences or biotechnology
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional commercial programs with execution and performance tracking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Experience with Danaher Business System, Lean, or continuous improvement methods preferred

Compensation: $115,000-$125,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
