The Product Analyst is responsible for identifying business needs, defining solution requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives. This role leads to discovery and requirements-gathering efforts, translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions while balancing operational, regulatory, and customer considerations. Working across business and technology teams, the analyst drives alignment and ensures partner needs are accurately represented throughout the project lifecycle. The role also supports solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement efforts to deliver scalable and organizational results.
The ideal candidate brings experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery within financial services, equity compensation, or related industries. They possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating skill in evaluating complex business situations and developing practical, scalable solutions. Success in this role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration across both business and technical teams.
