Job Summary Senior Financial Analyst – Full time, Day, Onsite. The Senior Financial Analyst is a member of the service area team and sits on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance. Analyzes, understands and reports on key financial and business trends for the organization. Collects, researches and organizes financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances, and trending analyses. The role requires fluency in English to effectively perform its duties. Responsibilities Gather and analyze financial and operational results to understand and report underlying causes for business performance and variance; pro‑actively review, analyze, monitor, and report on operational, financial, and related reports. Develop financial proformas and value propositions and provide continuous measurement of actual performance against current project budgets, original project funding, and other relevant measures. Support business leaders with the annual operating budget and long‑range plan, including capital budget and financial forecasts. Work with the Accounting team to conduct regular reviews of the monthly accounting close. Prepare various analyses and recommendations used by business leaders to make informed operating decisions. Review and verify productivity metrics and statistics. Develop and provide training to leadership teams and managers regarding budget reporting, metrics, and related information. Provide guidance, assistance, and training to more junior‑level analysts. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 3 years of analytical and business experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification upon hire. Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification upon hire. At least 2 years of healthcare‑related experience. Compensation Base pay range: $42.55 – $66.06 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, on‑call, overtime, and bonuses.
