Payment Specialist

Job Description:Analyze and complete reconciliation of all electronic digital payments tied to credit card, PayPal, eGiftCards, eWallet, & Campaigns. Data including, but not limited to settlements, refunds, adjustments, disputes, inquiries and chargebacks. Reconcile digital payments for Scholastic Book Club, Magazines, Education, and/or Book Fairs. Troubleshoot any digital payment processing issues and/or operational issues. Work with programmers to identify root causes and perform corrective actions.Must always be confidential due to privileged information and customer data. Prioritize workload to ensure all databases, spreadsheets, and reporting are kept current and meet all deadlines.
