I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the technology and marketing industries. I'm a graduate of the University of Washington and have a competitive spirit, especially when it comes to racket sports like pickleball and table tennis. Our mission is simple: to provide protection and peace of mind for the people we serve. We stay actively involved in our local community and have built a strong bilingual book of business, proudly serving many Cantonese and Mandarin speaking customers. As an Account Manager for Eddie Wang - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
