Enjoy competitive benefits, professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.Job DescriptionSenior Software Engineer OverviewThe Senior Software Engineer role focuses on developing and maintaining robust software solutions for critical business operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable systems and applications.Utilize expertise in full-stack development and cloud technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.Contribute to system architecture, database schema design, and performance optimization.Ensure system reliability through redundancy, monitoring, and backup/recovery strategies.Support audits, regulatory reviews, and risk assessments with technical expertise.Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and implementation of permanent fixes.Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Senior Software Engineer Key Responsibilities & DutiesArchitect and maintain high-availability systems for 24/7 operations, implementing redundancy and monitoring solutions.Design and optimize database schemas and implement SQL for RDBMS platforms.Develop, test, and maintain web applications, APIs, and batch processes.Build and operate cloud-based systems on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.Lead incident response efforts, including investigation and recovery.Execute regular maintenance activities such as patching and performance testing.Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions aligned with business needs.Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.Provide technical support during audits and regulatory reviews.Senior Software Engineer Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.6-10 years of full-stack development experience with Angular and Python.Proficiency in RDBMS platforms, including schema design and SQL optimization.Experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, RDS, and CloudWatch.Familiarity with Linux environments and system monitoring tools.Understanding of source code management systems like TFS/DevOps.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams.Flexibility to work beyond regular hours based on business needs.Versatility in managing multiple projects and adapting to dynamic environments.
