As an Entry-Level Business Solutions Consultant , you'll meet with small business owners throughout Long Island to help them evaluate subscription-based business solutions that support their day-to-day operations. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on building long-term client partnerships and delivering exceptional service.

No prior B2B sales experience is required. We provide paid training, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help you build a successful career.

Compensation

• Estimated Salary: $50,000–$70,000 annually
• Compensation: Uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses
• Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $60,000–$65,000 annually , depending on individual performance. Actual earnings may vary.

What You'll Do

• Meet with small business owners throughout Long Island to discuss subscription-based business solutions.
• Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow a portfolio of accounts.
• Guide clients through the sales process from consultation through account enrollment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing JP Impact Group in a professional manner.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, communication, and business development.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and office performance goals.

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners in person throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation for local travel throughout Long Island.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, account management, or leadership is a plus, but not required.
