You'll start in the neighborhoods where we're already working, representing Miller Builds, meeting homeowners, creating conversations, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

We need someone who can begin creating opportunities in their first week.

This isn't a position where you're going to spend your first month sitting in an office learning theory.

We're in an ALL-IN stage of our growth.

We wear several hats.

We get in the weeds.

We aren't afraid to get dirty.

And when something needs done, we do it.

You'll be compensated well for producing in this role, and we project the right person can earn $100,000+ in their first year.

CANVASSING IS WHERE YOU START.

IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE WHERE YOU FINISH.

Our immediate goal is to build enough consistent lead volume to keep our existing sales team busy.

As we accomplish that and begin building a larger canvassing operation, your opportunity grows with us.

You could take one of two paths:

MARKETING LEADERSHIP

Help recruit, train and eventually lead the canvassing and field marketing organization you helped build.

SALES

Move into an in-home sales position where the opportunity exists to earn $200,000+ per year.

Which path you earn will depend on your performance, abilities, leadership and where you want your career to go.

We're not promising you a promotion because you showed up.
