Senior Project Manager

Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role oversees complex real estate and operational projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project scope, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing logistics and vendor relationships, and monitoring progress against milestones. The Senior Project Manager will track risks and issues, facilitate inspections and compliance-related activities as needed, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. The role also involves optimizing processes, documenting best practices, and mentoring team members to support continuous improvement and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in project management, including leading multi-phase initiatives, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Experience with expeditor and expediting activities, such as coordinating permits, approvals, and documentation to move projects forward efficiently.
Background in inspection processes, quality control, and ensuring adherence to applicable standards or regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in logistics management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder reporting and presentation abilities.
Proven leadership experience, with capacity to mentor team members and foster collaboration across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile) are a plus.
Experience in real estate, property management, or a related industry is beneficial but not required.
