As a sales consultant, you'll meet with qualified homeowners, evaluate their painting projects, prepare professional estimates, and confidently guide customers through the decision-making process. You'll receive training, proven sales systems, and the support needed to maximize your success.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess interior and exterior painting projects.

• Prepare accurate, professional estimates using company systems.
\n
• Build trust through consultative, relationship-focused sales.
\n
• Present solutions and confidently ask for the sale.
\n
• Follow up on outstanding opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
\n
• Work closely with production to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
\n
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
\n
